Frequently asked questions
Which smart cubes are supported?
The iOS app connects to GAN Gen2-protocol cubes and the MoYu WeiLong V10 over Bluetooth. Support for more models and platforms is planned — if your cube is not listed, tell us at support@cubersden.com.
How do I delete my account?
In the mobile apps, go to You → Settings → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email — see the account deletion page for exactly what gets removed and how.
How do I report content or another user?
Every post, comment, profile, battle and shared scramble has a report option in its ⋯ menu, and you can block any user to hide their content from you. Moderators are alerted immediately, and a person reviews every report within 24 hours. You can also report content without an account.
Where is my solve data stored?
Solves you record as a guest live on your device. With an account, your solves, sessions and trainer progress sync through Cloud Firestore (Google Firebase) so they follow you across iPhone, Apple Watch, Android and the web. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
