Delete your account in the app
The fastest way is from inside CubersDen, signed in to the account you want to delete:
- iPhone and Android apps: go to You → Settings → Delete Account and confirm. For security you will be asked to re-authenticate (email/password accounts re-enter their password).
- Website (cubersden.com): from your profile settings, or use the email option below.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes, permanently:
- your account and sign-in (the Firebase Authentication user);
- your solves and sessions;
- your community activity — posts, comments, follows you created, and scrambles you shared;
- your profile, aggregate stats, and inbound follows from other users;
- your block list and algorithm trainer progress;
- all CubersDen data stored locally on the device you delete from.
Two things are handled differently:
- Battle history is anonymized, not deleted. Battle records are shared with your opponent, so deleting them would corrupt the other player's history. Instead, your name and photo are replaced with “Deleted User” in every match you played.
- Moderation reports you filed are retained as safety records, as described in the privacy policy.
If you can no longer access the app
You can request deletion by email instead. Write to support@cubersden.com from the email address on your CubersDen account (so we can verify it is really you) with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm the request and delete the account and data listed above.
